After your payment has been verified, we start packing your items.

Our packages are sent insured with B-Post in Belgium. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation from us.

We provide 1-5 (working) days for each delivery. For some orders, we may have to send them in separate packages.

For orders shipping to Belgium:

• With purchases under € 500 : € 7.0
• With purchases over € 500 : Free

For orders shipping inside the EU:

• All purchaces are shipped for € 15

For orders shipping outside the EU:

• All purchaces are shipped for € 35

If the item does not meet the requirements, it can be returned within 14 days of order.

Returns are at your own expense

• mandatory registered mail via B-post
• the original label/tag still has to be attached to the clothes
• the package must be provided with a tracking number
• risk of loss or damage when returning is born by the customer
